OUR VALUES

  • We really do give a …

We care. We are passionate about our people, our clients, our employers and our partners.

  • We are an open book

We share all we can, as soon as we can. Promoting a culture of honesty, integrity, openness and trust.

  • We never sit still

We are creative and entrepreneurial. We never stop challenging ourselves to be better in everything we do.

  • Health & happiness

We want to create a sense of belonging at our workplace where everyone enjoys working for us or with us.

OUR EXPERIENCE

We have around 20 years’ experience of providing high quality supported employment to job-seekers and businesses. We work to match the skills and talents of individuals with a disability or barrier, to the business needs of local employers.

Working in partnership with local authorities, education and the third sector we now run services across the South East with our head office being located in Maidenhead. With a team of about 35 staff we support around 150 employers and 450 individuals with an increasing range of disability and other barriers to access sustainable employment.

FOR EMPLOYERS

We provide access to a relatively untapped talent pool; address recruitment and retention difficulties; facilitate disability confidence; support with developing and implementing processes to provide equality of opportunity advise about the business benefits of a diverse workforce and deliver disability training packages.

If you are an employer, find out more here.

FOR INDIVIDUALS

We provide intensive and ongoing support to enable access to a breadth of opportunities including apprenticeships, supported internships, part time and full-time roles. If you are a job seeker, find out more here.

Others that benefit from our services are the families and carers of those we support, the businesses where they work, the wider community and the public purse.
Within our sector we are one of the very few organisations that are completely independent and specialising solely in employment. We are all about working with partner organisations and the communities in which we work.
We consider our funders not just as an income source but another collaboration to meet mutual aims. If you are a commissioner, or want to find out who we are currently working with, find out more here.
If you are an individual needing support, employer who wants to explore how we can help you with your recruitment challenges or commissioner who would like to talk about how to change lives, one job at a time, please call us on 0300 5610 0010 or get in touch.
