As a former executive at Mars, one of the world's leading FMCG companies, Hassan spearheaded strategies that delivered record market share and multiyear double-digit growth for powerhouse consumer brands, while leading high-performing international teams across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit, Hassan successfully founded and grew his own hospitality business, managing a portfolio of serviced apartments and hotels across London, Dubai, and Kuala Lumpur - a testament to his versatility in building and scaling ventures in competitive markets. His leadership philosophy - "Hire great talent, inspire them with a bold vision, empower them with the right tools, and then step back" - has cultivated diverse, engaged teams that thrive on innovation.

An MBA graduate, Hassan has further honed his expertise through executive programs at Harvard University and INSEAD. Passionate about talent development, he mentors rising professionals - many now in senior roles.
