Ramal Royal is an award-winning inclusive leader and System Talent Manager, dedicated to breaking barriers in employment and career progression.
As a neurodiverse professional from a dual-heritage background, his lived experience fuels his passion for creating accessible pathways into meaningful work. He was Bristol’s first Youth Mayor and has pioneered one of the NHS’s first system-wide talent programmes (Possibilities Beyond Limits), bridging opportunities between NHS and third-sector organisations.
As a Trustee of Ways Into Work, Ramal brings his expertise in inclusive leadership, workforce development, and strategic talent management to drive the charity’s mission of empowering individuals facing barriers to employment.
