HR Administrator Role

We are currently recruiting for an HR administrator to support the smooth running of our business and our growing team. 
Contract: fixed term for 6 months (with possibility of extension). NB we normally don’t have fixed term roles but we are in the process of reviewing our business support, and need some immediate cover while we do this.
Location: Berkshire. Our head office is in Maidenhead and you may need to visit from time to time, as well as occasional travel within our operating geography.
Hours: part time, circa 18 hours per week, ideally spread across the week, but open to discussion. 
Essentials. You will: 
            o share our values
            o be able to work from home; organising your time and working flexibly 
            o have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills 
            o use basic IT systems independently and efficiently.

Extra: ideally have some experience of administration, especially in an HR role.

Some of this role involves working on a Building Better Opportunities Project funded by National Lottery Community Fund and the European Social Fund.

• Salary £18,000 to £22,000 pro-rated for part time
• 25 days holiday increasing with service pro-rated for part time roles with the ability to buy or sell up to 1 week
