Outstanding Stakeholder Survey results for Ways into Work
Debra Burnett • September 17, 2021
This Summer we completed our first stakeholder survey and we are absolutely thrilled to announce the results. We surveyed clients, parents, employers and our partners seeking to find out what we’re doing well and where we might need to improve. The results exceeded our expectations with our stakeholders giving us an average overall rating of 4.6/5 and an average customer service rating of 4.7/5. Over 90% found it easy or really easy to get the information they needed from us. So you might say the facts speak for themselves. In fact, it was the comments that really meant the most. We were overwhelmed by the heartfelt messages of appreciation from our clients and parents in particular. A true testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.
“Since finding my son a new job, I cannot fault the support you are giving him, he is given consistent support and good communication with all involved.”
We were praised for our communication and support of clients, but we also learned that people would like to hear from us a bit more regularly. People were keen to keep up to date with what’s going on at Ways into Work and to share in our successes. So watch this space …
A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to participate in the survey and we’ll leave you with the words of one of our clients who summed up beautifully exactly what Ways into Work is all about ...
“you found me a job and I am pleased”

It was great to get a chance to talk to Tan Dhesi MP – Member of Parliament for Slough, on his recent visit to The Curve. He was very interested in the work we do and the positive impact it has supporting people with barriers to employment, into paid work. Our Charity successfully works with those most affected not only helping to ‘Get Britain Working’ but also meeting our mission of ‘Changing Lives One Job at a Time’. We look forward to continuing the dialogue with him to further benefit residents of Slough.
